POLICIES

The Policies listed below have been put in place to help us keep our prices low as a small business, while maintaining opportunities for consistent and fair pay to our workers. If you still have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us – it would be our pleasure to assist you.

 

LAVEDA LASH & BROW GUARANTEE

We absolutely want you to love our service this is why we guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.  All fixes below must occur in person within 1 week of notifying us in order to receive this guarantee.  This is a policy we’re proud to offer you.

Nail Fixes:

Regular or Gel Mani Chipping Free repair within 5 days (no color change)

Artificial Nail Repair (SNS, Gel Full Set, Gel X) Free Repair within 7 days (no color change)

After 5 days - Gel Mani fix $3 per finger

After 7 days - Artificial Nail $7 per finger

* We can't guarantee 2-3 plus weeks as everyone takes care of their nails differently.  However, with proper care the expectation is that your nails should last a few weeks. Any color change will occur the polish change price.  Also, only the nails that are damaged can be fixed for free, this isn't for the entire set to be redone unless there is something visibly wrong.  

Lash & Brow Fixes:

Lash Lift, Lash Extensions, Brows Free Adjustments if notified within 3 days.  We will reschedule you with your original technician for the fiix. The lash or brow fix must be scheduled within 7 days of the initial appt to be guaranteed a no charge free fix.  Anything outside that window would be a charge.

PETS:

We love our little furry friends, but due to Cosmetology board regulations we aren't allowed to have any pets in a salon.  However, exceptions are made for Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals, please let the front desk know prior and we will more than happy to accommodate.  

CANCELLATIONS\CHANGES\NO SHOW

Last minute cancellations and No Shows not only hurts our business, but also takes away availability for those who need to book an appointment.  We understand things happen; however, we have noticed that we need to enforce these protocols as we have some clients making appointments and not showing up without proper notice or no notice at all.  We try and keep our prices affordable for all. Unfortunately, in order to do this, we have to enforce this policy and have recently started this cancellation policy as of November 24, 2020 and remains in effect until otherwise updated.  

    

Deposits are Held for All Artificial Nails, Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Lamination, Permanent Make-up, Facial Services, and Nail Group appts.  This Deposit will go toward your service amount.  The Deposit is only Refundable if Notice is given 24hrs or more in Advance before the start of your appt.  Any appointment change or cancellation under 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited regardless of any COVID or emergency reason.  Any Nail group appointments in which one client misses their appt, the $50 deposit gets applied to that service due to loss income for our nail techs.

 

We only accept cancellations by phone (our main number) or in person.

    ARRIVING LATE FOR APPOINTMENT

Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit remaining time available or for reschedule.  We don’t want any of our customers waiting too long on us finishing, so this is the reason that we might need to reschedule your appt if you are running too late. 

 

If you are at least 15 minutes late and we haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and you will be charged either the Cancellation Fee or forfeit your deposit.

   SELECTING WRONG APPOINTMENT

If you select the wrong appt, such as the wrong Nail appt, for instance booking Gel Mani instead of Gel Full Set, we may not be able to accommodate due to lack of additional time or tech capabilities, For Lashes, please Select the Correct refill time, otherwise your appt might change at anytime without notice. For instance, if it has been 2 weeks book 2-week refill. If it has been more than a Month, then a Full Set is required 

 

   WHEN WE ARE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE

We respect your time and try our best to keep our schedule running smoothly. Sometimes, we run into challenges with preceding clients that can’t be predicted. If we’re running behind more than 20 min, we will provide a 10% discount upon request.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Debit, Cash and other forms of payment such as Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Checks are not accepted.

 

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on services or refunds on deposits outside the 24 hour window. We do however, offer a Laveda Lash & Brow Guarantee on all of our services (see Guarantee Policy). If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge and may offer a voucher for another service. Please see our ‘Allergies Policy’ for more details.

EXCHANGE OF RETAIL

For sanitary reasons, products with a broken seal cannot be returned.

ALLERGIES

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions; however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. Eyelash adhesives may contain cyanoacrylates.
