LAVEDA LASH & BROW GUARANTEE
We absolutely want you to love our service this is why we guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we’re proud to offer you.
We have started to hold Small deposits in order to ensure that we have clients that are serious about receiving our quality service instead of booking appointments without any intent on receiving service. Deposits held are simply deposits that will be credited against your appointment after we complete it. The exception to the credit of your deposit would be forfeited for last minute cancellations and NO SHOWS as explained below. Deposits are not refundable and can only be used toward a service.
Last minute cancellations and No Shows not only hurts our business, but also takes away availability for those who need to book an appointment. We understand things happen, however we have noticed that we need to enforce these protocols as we have some clients making appointments and not showing up without proper notice or no notice at all. We try and keep our prices affordable for all. Unfortunately, in order to do this, we have to enforce this policy and have recently started this cancellation policy as of January 28, 2019 and remains in effect until otherwise updated.
We require 24 hours’ notice if you have to Cancel\Change an appointment. If you need to cancel\change an appointment in under 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit. However, if provided more than 24 hours’ notice, we will apply your deposit on another future visit. Please NOTE: If there is a second Cancellation or Change your entire deposit may be forfeit. We can not continue to have multiple cancellations and changes by the same client.
We accept cancellations by phone (our main number) or email or in person.
ARRIVING LATE FOR APPOINTMENT
Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit remaining time available or for reschedule. We don’t want any of our customers waiting too long on us finishing, so this is the reason that we might need to reschedule your appt if you are running too late.
If you are at least 15 minutes late and we haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and your Deposit will be forfeited.
WE ARE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE
We respect your time, and try our best to keep our schedule running smoothly. Sometimes, we run into challenges with preceding clients that can’t be predicted. If we’re running behind more than 20 min, we will offer you a 10% discount.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Debit and Cash. Cheques are not accepted.
We do not offer refunds on services or refunds on deposits. We do however, offer a Laveda Lash & Brow Guarantee on all of our services (see Guarantee Policy). If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge and may offer a voucher for another service. Please see our ‘Allergies Policy’ for more details.
EXCHANGE OF RETAIL
For sanitary reasons, products with a broken seal cannot be returned.
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. Eyelash adhesives may contain cyanoacrylates.
